Part of the client success management team, Desiree is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their federal career search goals by executing a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy that proactively builds client relationships and identifies their needs. She works closely with the FederalResumes.com team to provide client insight to achieve high level customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Desiree was in property management and sales, where she worked alongside executive leaders, business owners, and professionals from all walks of life to find the best solutions to each of their unique needs. She has always been devoted to her clients and will do whatever it takes to ensure their professional satisfaction.
When not working with our clients on their career success journey, Desiree enjoys living in the Panhandle of Texas with her husband, two kids, and two large pups. Desiree loves traveling with her family and playing softball on the weekends with her city league team.
Lisa
Lisa consults with experienced executives and senior-level professionals on strategies for career growth through effective branding, networking, and executive career coaching. She provides one-on-one consulting and supports clients’ personal brands with solutions that best align with their career goals. She has a successful track record of consulting with executives to positively influence career advancement through mission-driven branding.
Prior to joining our team, Lisa drove growth for a digital signage and music company. She helped design and implement consistent customer experiences for both large and small brands across verticals including healthcare, commercial real estate, hospitality, fitness, banking and finance, and oil and gas.
Kati
As a member of the client success management team, Kati partners with clients to tell their unique story. Through in-depth personal conversation, she develops a strong rapport with clients to uncover and showcase their distinct successes and achievements.
Prior to joining the FederalResumes.com team, Kati made an impact in the tech industry and higher education as a project and events manager, as well as in recruitment for her alma mater. Kati spent a decade in higher education as a recruiter and then managing projects and events for the fundraising team. Before that she worked in the tech industry managing B2B programs and events.
Kati is based in Kankakee, Illinois, about an hour south of Chicago. When not working with our clients on their career success, Kati enjoys life with her husband and their two cats. She loves spending time at the beach or at her hometown lake in Michigan, as well as settling in at home with a bowl of popcorn for a good movie.
Melissa
As the general manager of our team, Melissa is passionate about helping professionals achieve their goals by clarifying their unique value proposition and crafting a compelling career success story. She works closely with the entire FederalResumes.com team, including our writers, editors, and coaches to deliver outstanding service and develop long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining the team, Melissa was in the digital marketing space, where she worked alongside business coaches, copywriters, and small business owners to develop successful marketing strategies, create unique digital content, and manage client accounts and teams.
When not working with our clients on their career success, Melissa enjoys life in sunny Colorado with her rescue puppy. Melissa loves seeing live music locally and abroad, exploring the Denver food scene, and spending time in the mountains (preferably when they’re covered with snow).
Sarah
With over a decade of delivering high quality service, Sarah is passionate about helping professionals navigate and strive toward their next career goals in her role as a senior client success manager. She enjoys getting to know clients and understanding what motivates and empowers them.
Prior to joining FederalResumes.com Sarah spent her time as Director of Client Services in the financial industry bringing tailored experiences to a multitude of families planning for their future. Sarah has worked across various industries bringing exceptional service to professionals, families, and colleagues.
When not working with our clients on their career success, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and solving jigsaw puzzles.
